We loved staying at this hotel during our visit to the national park. One of the best aspects is that it is located very close to the mountain, which made accessing the hiking trails hassle-free for us. Additionally, the hotel offers parking facilities which added to our convenience. The staff were also very helpful when it came to transportation, and they provided us with valuable information on the nearby walking routes.

We had a wonderful stay at this hostel. The location was great for accessing hikes in Tongariro National Park and skiing at Whakapapa. The kitchen facilities were good and the room had a heater, which was perfect for the chilly weather. The staff were friendly and the views from the hostel were beautiful. I would recommend this hostel for a one-night stay.
